The Institute’s vision is to be recognized as a key player contributing to:
1. Addressing population health challenges and reducing malnutrition and the risk of chronic diseases through awareness-raising and the provision of knowledge in nutrition and food science to professionals in the biological sciences, healthcare professionals, and the general public.
